Plain Fish

Cod Loins (Chunky loins. Can cook from frozen)
Haddock Fillets (Boneless and skinless. Ideal for fish pies.)
Natural Smoked Haddock fillets (Skinless and boneless. Make a lovely kedgeree.)
Plaice fillets (Light, and easy to grill, or bake in the oven.)
Hake fillets (An ideal alternative to haddock or cod.)
Lemon Sole fllets (Delicate, and can be cooked from frozen.)
Manx Kippers (Ideal for breakfast, or a light lunch.)
Salmon fillets (My most popular product. Sourced from the Faroe Islands.)
Monk Fish fillets (Bought by weight. Either .9kg or 1.8kg. Meaty, devoid of any waste. Ideal for marinading.)

Dover Sole fillets(To order. A real treat.)
Trout (Whole and gutted. Ideal to stuff, say with almonds)
Swordfish Steaks (Very good marinated with, say, ginger or coriander.)

Halibut steaks (A delicious fish. Very versatile.)
Smoked Salmon ( Ideal for entertaining or as a starter.)

Dressed Fish

Lemon and Pepper Haddock Fillets (An easy light meal cooked from frozen in a variety of ways.)
